Our premium smoked products are smoked right here at our Chittaway Bay Shop. Our ham is cured with Canadian maple, then smoked in-house for 12 hours over beech wood chips. This slow-smoking process develops a rich, natural smoky flavour while the maple cure adds a subtle sweetness throughout the meat. The result is a tender, juicy ham with a perfectly balanced savoury sweet profile, ideal for slicing, entertaining, or everyday enjoyment. We also have lots of other inhouse smoked products including, Cabonossi, Cheese Kransky, Honey Chilli sticks, chorizo and more.
